GRAND TILING LTD

I used GRAND TILING for tiling of 1 bathroom and 1 wet room as part of a house refurb . Robert and his team were exceptional. From the outset they were friendly and easy to deal with, making everything clear with regard to costs and timescales. They were incredibly accommodating in dealing with delays caused by other works that required us to reschedule to tiling. The quality of installation was fantastic - really incredible work - including the help they provided in choosing appropriate tiling patterns, grout and trims. The finished outcome is sensational and I couldn't be happier. I would not hesitate to recommend Robert and his team and I will certainly be using them for future works.

I cannot recommend Robert and his team highly enough. Very professional, kept us up to speed with all decisions, thought things through in a logical manner. They replaced a badly tiled floor that another tradesman had completed which involved them taking up all the tiling, relevelling the floor, a new wet room tray and underfloor heating. It’s a small bathroom and they graduated the floor really nicely cutting the tiles perfectly. They took great care not to damage anything in the bathroom, covering all hardware and left everything spotless. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Robert has just finished a tiling job at my place. It was a tricky one as it was trying to match the existing tiles on the walls and floor (slate and marble - not the easiest of tiles). The trick with the marble tiles on the floor was that new tiles needed to match the old tiles - Robert's team did an exceptionally good job on "distressing" the new tiles. There is absolutely no difference between the new and old! I cannot praise the skill and professionalism of Robert's team enough - they worked at the weekends to fit me in between his regular clients. On top of that, they offered really good solutions to a few problems (much appreciated their foresight in what might go wrong if they go with my original plan). The team went beyond the call of duty when a problem occurred (not their fault) - they turned up on Sunday evening to fix it! This was a second job Robert's team did for me - the first one was just as good. Really highly recommended!

We have used Grand Tiling on two occasions now and both times have been delighted with the results. From the initial approach through discussion of the projects, Robert takes great care with preparation and explanation. They gave helpful advice and superb customer service. With our kitchen, we took a long time to decide on the tiles to set off our new fittings. We needed a good job and we got one - all finished in one day. The second job was a much smaller space with a few tricky features. It took a couple of days and the tiler could not have worked harder. The end result is as professional a job as before and again, makes all the difference in this little functional room. I would heartily recommend Grand Tiling for any thoroughly professional and quality tiling work.
